Dr. Carolyn Tehrani is a licensed optometrist who performs general eye examinations, with a subspecialty interest in cataract and refractive errors. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, in 2002, she completed her Doctorate of Optometry degree at SUNY College of Optometry in 2006. While at SUNY she worked extensively in the vision therapy and pediatric departments. She has been with NY Laser Group since 2006. Dr. Tehrani is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Sephardic Medical Foundation and speaks Spanish and Farsi. She was raised on Long Island, where she currently lives.
